Eliska Smith Padilla

Eliska Padilla is an organizational strategist, leadership facilitator, and executive communications professional with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations improve performance through strategic alignment, leadership development, organizational diagnosis, and change management.

Her career spans healthcare, higher education, municipal government, public education, and organizational consulting. During 17 years in executive leadership — including as Associate Vice Chancellor for Strategic Communication at one of the largest technical colleges in the country — she founded a Leadership Institute and led executive retreats, strategic planning, and organizational change efforts that produced transformative growth.

She holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baylor University. She is a trained facilitator and civic change instructor, certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and uses 360-degree feedback to help leaders and teams see themselves clearly enough to change.
